These booklets give you details of all the schools in Tameside and the oversubscription criteria that will be applied if there are more applications than places available. Some voluntary aided schools will ask for additional information to support your application, for example, proof of church attendance, proof of address or a baptismal certificate. Please check with the school what additional information is required.

You may also want to provide documents relating to exceptional medical or social needs. Any additional information can be uploaded with your application or you can submit it to your preferred school or you can send it to the School Admissions Team at the address below.

Please clearly mark all documents with your child's name and date of birth.

Your completed application can be printed for your records. Please keep a copy safe as it may be needed for reference in the future.

You can opt to receive confirmation of your allocation by email if you wish ensuring you are informed quicker than by post (you will still receive notification by post), you can also log into the online system on the publicised offer date to check your allocation.
