I am already registered and want to log in.
Before you begin...you will need:
- Any information you have been given about applying for a school place
- Your child’s full address (including postcode)
- Your child’s date of birth
- Approx 15-20 minutes to complete the application (but you can save and come back to it later)
- For security, the website will timeout if you login and do not use it
- Do not use the Browser's Back button; use the Back button on each page
Please only use these online forms if you live in Tameside
For Parents who will be submitting a late application for a Primary or Secondary School Place, please use the 'NO UID' option after selecting the relevant transfer group when logged in. Please note for Late applications you will be informed of your school place via post.
We have made a video to help you to complete this application. Please take time to watch this before you complete your form. You may require windows media player to view this.
You should also read the information booklet 'Moving On' for secondary applications or 'Starting Out' for primary applications. These booklets give you details of all the schools in Tameside and the oversubscription criteria that will be applied if there are more applications than places available. There is also lots more information you will need to look at before making your application.
Some voluntary aided schools will ask for additional information to support your application, for example, proof of church attendance, proof of address or a baptismal certificate. Please check with the school what additional information is required.
You may also want to provide documents relating to exceptional medical or social needs. Any additional information can be uploaded with your application or you can submit it to your preferred school or you can send it to the School Admissions Team at the address below.
Please clearly mark all documents with your child's name and date of birth.
Your completed application can be printed for your records. Please keep a copy safe as it may be needed for reference in the future.
You can opt to receive confirmation of your allocation by email if you wish ensuring you are informed quicker than by post (you will still receive notification by post), you can also log into the online system on the publicised offer date to check your allocation.
